this program will edit programs, replacing commands that start with a ^ with a predefined command set in another file. this is really helpfull when you use a certain piece of code alot in a program

for now the library is very small, but it is easy to add your own commands, open thetaLIB and insert your ^ command on a line before the ".." line, then on a line right after that put the replacement command
